ABOUT TUBULAR STRETCH PACKAGING
Tubular Stretch Packaging is a highly elastic horizontal stretch hood engineered for TENTOMA’s RoRo StretchPack® lines. The tubular film is stretched tightly over products or bundles to form a secure, load-conforming package with excellent branding potential and optional end-sealing for four- or six-sided coverage (enclosing pallets or spacers where required). Compared with heat-shrink and orbital stretch-wrap, Tubular Stretch reduces energy and material use, offering a more sustainable, cost-efficient alternative.
APPLICATIONS & PURPOSES
Ideal for bulky, irregular or long-format goods—such as insulation boards, wooden beams, metal tubes and nonwoven rolls—Tubular Stretch Packaging secures loads for transport and storage while supporting sustainable packing practices. Line customisations (multiple film units and end-sealing) streamline packaging across different product codes, while Semi-Flow and Duplex options reduce cycle time and film consumption for high-volume operations.
