ABOUT FLAT OR V-FOLDED FFS FILM
Flat or V-Folded FFS Film is a polyethylene-based packaging material designed for use on Vertical Form Fill Seal (VFFS) machines. It is supplied in flat or center(V)-folded formats, allowing for efficient bag formation directly on automated lines. The film ensures strong seals, excellent machinability, and customizable printing for product branding and traceability.
APPLICATIONS & PURPOSES
This film is widely used in industries packaging construction materials, chemicals, resins, fertilizers and minerals, while food-grade (ISO 22000:2018) and vacuum-compatible versions can preserve food ingredients and pet food. It is designed to run smoothly on high-speed Vertical FFS machines, forming bags that are automatically filled and sealed. The film protects goods during storage and transport, offering excellent resistance against punctures, moisture, and dust.
