Our custom-built extrusion hall houses 12 advanced multilayer blown-film lines (1-, 3-, and 5-layer), engineered for full process control and lean manufacturing of packaging films up to 8,000 mm in circumference.
With 9 flexographic printing lines (internal & external printing, up to 10 colours) and 16 bag-making machines (up to 3,000 mm wide), we deliver a wide range of custom formats with speed and precision.
Two ISO 14644-certified cleanrooms (Classes 6 & 8) support the production of high-spec packaging for sensitive applications in medical, food, and specialty sectors.
